It’s an internal version of a third-party web app for scheduling phone conferences. I’m guessing it was some weird thing where the app allowed things like labels to be customized but didn’t allow easy wholesale removal of controls, so rather than hacking the app to remove the checkbox they just changed the label…but really, how hard could it have been to just remove it?
