Yup, I originally tried what you suggested, but the problem is that on OS X (at least in Tiger), windows don&#039;t get rollover events when they&#039;re not active, so there didn&#039;t seem to be a way for me to reliably get the event. I&#039;m not sure how the Dock manages it, but I&#039;m assuming it&#039;s some special OS thing.</description>

One feature request- when the ticker is minimized allow for an option to have it show/hide when the arrow comes to the side where the ticker is -- like the osx doc can do (reveal on moving to side of screen)</description>
