Hmmm, I can’t reproduce the crashes. DocDre–I think you sent me crash logs at some point, but I can’t find them–could you resend? Not sure I can use them, but it can’t hurt.

Also, if you could send me URLs of feeds whose items cause Snackr to crash, that might help. I doubt the problem is feed-specific, but it can’t hurt to check. Thanks.

I have the same problem of crashing Snackr when selecting an item, too.
I’m on Mac OS X 10.5.5 Intel MB. Adobe Air 1.5.

sorry for the late reply…i didn’t think you’d actually answer!

i’m on OS X 10.5.5 on an Intel MBP, if that helps. i ended up downgrading to AiR 1.1 and .37 and everything worked fine again.

if you need me to, i’ll go back to 1.5 and see if i can generate a crash report. do i send it to your snackr.net addy?

I works fine for me with AIR 1.5 and Vista and 0.38 test build.

The only issues I have are occasional crashes and insane memory use (usually over 800 megs!).

Fix those and you will have a solid app.

@DocDre–hmmm, that’s strange–I just tried it on Mac and it seemed to work fine, though I haven’t tried it on Windows yet. Which platform are you on?

am i the only person reporting that AiR 1.5 has broken my beloved Snackr? the ticker will run, but when you click on an item Snackr chokes and crashes. who do i send bug reports to?
